Shipping & Processing Times

At AlderLoom, many of our products are made to order to help ensure quality and reduce unnecessary waste.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day before shipment.

United States: Once shipped, most orders arrive within approximately 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier availability.

International Orders: Once shipped, most international orders arrive within approximately 10–30 business days, depending on destination country, customs processing, and carrier availability.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package during transit.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

AlderLoom is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on destination country and carrier limitations.

International delivery is estimated at 10–30 business days after shipment.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or fees that may apply to international shipments.
