We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must first be approved before being sent back. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

- the item is defective
- you received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns for:
- buyer’s remorse
- ordering the wrong item
- accidental purchases
- personalized or custom products

- gift cards
- final sale items

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
